免責條款
貨品訂購條款及細則 :
- 收貨時, 餘款請付現金或送貨前以付款方法付清, 並保留收據, 傳whatapps 或Email 到本公司, 送貨時另發正式收據｡
- 顧客需於訂貨日期後一個月內提取所訂購貨品, 否則視為嚴重違約, 本公司有權沒收所有訂金, 並將有關貨品轉售, 而不另作通知｡

送貨細則 :
- 貨品如沒有電梯直達收貨地點, 本公司須另收費用 (視乎收貨地點位置)｡
- 更改送貨日期 或 地點, 須於前一天通知, 否則本公司須另加收費 港幣 100-500元之內 (視乎貨品類別以作收費之用)｡
- 送貨後產品有問題, 收貨後7日內提出, 逾期將不會受理｡

責任限制 :
- 本公司所供應之貨品於送貨時符合客戶指定的規格｡
本公司不作出任何商售品質及特別用途的保證,
本公司無須負上貨品的用途和使用的責任｡

不可控制的原因 :
- 對於國家或地方政府的行動, 頒佈法例､罷工､勞資糾紛､
水災､天災､火災, 貨品 / 全部或部份損毀, 工場損毀, 缺乏原材料, 勞工, 燃料或供應, 其他一切不能為本公司可預見之原因而引致送貨出現問題､不能如期送貨, 本公司將可自行決定無需履行本合約的條款, 並會把本合約未送貨之金額無息退回給客戶｡

Disclaimer
Goods Order Terms and Conditions
- When receiving the goods , the balance should be paid in cash or by payment before delivery , and he will keep the receipt , pass whatapps or email to the company , and send an official receipt when delivery.
- Customers need to pick up the ordered goods within one month of ordering , otherwise it will be regarded as a serious breach of contract . The company has the right to confiscate all deposits , and it will resell the goods without further notice.

Delivery Conditions
- If there is no elevator directly to the receiving place , the company must charge a fee , depending on the location of the receiving place.
- Change of delivery date or location must be notified the day before , otherwise the company will be charged an additional fee of HK$100-500 , depending on the type of goods for charging purposes.
- If you find anything wrong with the goods you received , please call back within 7 days to our Company . After that we are not responsible for any of reported damage or defect .

Limited liability
- Goods sold by the Company are warranted to conform to the specifications given by Customer at the time of delivery to Customer. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties , express of implied including but not limited to , any warranty of merchantability of fitness for any particular purpose . The Company shall have no responsibility for any particular application made of any of the Goods .

Causes beyond control
- The Company shall not be liable for any delivery or failure to make delivery of all or any part of the Goods due to state or municipal action , statute , ordinance or regulation , strike or other labour dispute , fire , water , natural hazards or damage to or destruction in whole or in part of the Goods or manufacturing plant , shortage of obtain raw materials , labour , fuel or supplies , or any other cause not subject to its control that prevents or hinders the manufacture or delivery of the Goods , any of which shall release the Company from its performance of this Agreement . The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and refund the amount representing the undelivered goods to Customer without interest .
